Welcome to Brewster, Nebraska!

If you are looking for a place that has more stars than people, lazy rivers, panoramic sunsets, wild prairie roses and the best tasting water in the world, then come to Brewster, Nebraska, population 22.

Brewster is located at the intersection of Highways 7 and 91 in the Nebraska Sandhills, the largest vegetated sand dunes in the world. Brewster is an old cowboy town with the original late 1800 buildings still standing on Main Street. Brewster has been a part of the Junk Jaunt since 2004.  Brewster, the old cowboy town of the late 1800's is on the North Loup River and scenic byway Highway 91.  During the Junk Jaunt, you may see some very western characters such as Marshall Dillon, Miss Kitty, Doc Middleton, Wyatt Earp, Calamity Jane, Jesse James, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kids, Doc Holiday and many more, all in Brewster!  See if you can spot them during the next Nebraska Junk Jaunt with our 40 vendors, all with treasures to sell. It is worth making the complete loup.....See you in September!!!
